•Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
•30 minute unpaid lunch
•Saturday’s and overtime are seasonal

Requirements:
•Valid PA drivers license and clean driving record
•Transportation to and from shop
•Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the lawn care industry
•Must be able to safely operate medium-duty truck and trailer on a daily basis
•Must be able to operate stand-on zero turn mower, push mower, string trimmer, backpack blower
•Supervise a crew of up to 2 workers
•Responsible for quality and productivity of work crew
•Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
•Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions: heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow
•Must be able to carry 50lb.
•Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn and acquire new skills
•Must be a self starter motivated individual
•Must be able to follow and take direction

Compensation:
•Pay is based on experience: $17+ per hour

Water in your basement? Before dropping 10K on sub pumps have your contractor check the grade around the building, it could be as Easy as adding some soil or taking soil out. Water was a problem for this buildings basement. The stumps had to be removed to get the proper grade. Now rain water drains from the parking lot onto the brick walk and across the lawn to the other side. It used to puddle up on the wall and leak through the foundation.
