The first year of the project, the company went pink, sporting the theme "Paint It Pink" and Promoting the theme in a Pink Ambulance, the only Pink Ambulance in the State of Florida. Leading the companies fleet "M3" is a fully stocked, in service pink ambulance used to treat and transport patients throughout the state. The Ambulance makes appearances at cancer related community events and has the message "supporting breast cancer awareness" written on each side of the unit. That same year, Positive had large pink ribbons placed on the rear of each unit in the fleet, so no matter where the company traveled so did a very important message! The second year, as fall approached so did the release of a new theme. Since the company's commencement, Positive has had one of the most popular ink pens distributed throughout the community; sporting the companies name and contact information with the body of the pen being teal in color to match the companies logo. The companies pens have circulated quickly and can be found in any medical office, healthcare facility, bank, store or place of business in the service area and sometimes in cities and towns hundreds of miles away. Business soon increased as the pens made it into the hands of the clients that conduct business with the company and with that outcome,it was evident that our pens were an awesome way to spread a message quickly to a large diversified population. The project theme "Pen It In Pink" was launched in October 2011. The company, for the month of October distributed the same very popular pen as it had for years before, however instead of teal it was pink with a ribbon for awareness. The pens immediately circulated throughout the community and then the state, along with a message of hope and awareness ending up in the hands of everyone from businessmen to politicians, to surgeons, and most importantly patients battling cancer and survivors that overcame, conquered and now join in the effort to spread awareness so that with early detection of breast cancer we can save lives. It was then that the pen just did not bare the company logo, but brought a message of hope and support. It let breast cancer patients and survivors along with their families and caregivers know that someone else cared, and was taking a stand beside them in their battle, that they are not alone, will not fight alone, and once this years theme is unveiled- they will soon, along with the rest of the world, know they will never ever dance alone!
