🍀 An Irish proverb says, “a good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book.” 💤 Nothing can replace a lack of sleep. My latest way to improve myself has been through quality sleep. ☁️ Sleep makes up 1/3 of our lives - or at least should. Peak mental and physical well being happens with long & quality sleep. 🧘‍♂️ This is the section of health often skipped. As someone who trains 6 days per week, I need a LOT of sleep, but you should get at least 7 hours in a pinch 🤏 And no caffeine after noon 🕛 ☕️ 😆

We made it all 12 hours with the dive planes still on! 🤣🥲
