One of Sebring’s favorite local restaurants is extending the good food and hometown atmosphere this summer.

Dimitri's Restaurant has officially announced new summer hours beginning May 18, 2026.

Monday through Thursday: 7 AM – 7 PM
Friday & Saturday: 7 AM – 9 PM
Sunday: 7 AM – 3 PM

Known for their American cuisine with a Greek accent, Dimitri’s continues to be a favorite gathering spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee with friends right here in Highlands County.

The Sebring Police Department is currently looking for a missing juvenile, Sophia Floro (pictured below). It is believed Sophia was last seen at Dimitri's Restaurant on March 30, 2026, at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Sophia is a white female, 13 years of age. Sophia was last seen wearing a light-colored shirt, black sweatpants and a black sweatshirt.

Anyone with information regarding Sophia’s whereabouts, please contact Det. Lorenzo with the Sebring Police Department at 863-471-5107.
