There have been rumors that United PC is closing. These rumors are NOT TRUE. If you have questions or concerns regarding your service plan, coverage, or response times, please email [email protected].

We want to take a moment to thank all of the first responders, linemen, and other county workers for their efforts over the last week.

We also want to thank all of our customers that have exercised patience while we strive to get everyone back up and running.

We hope everyone has made it through Hurricane Ian with minimal damages or losses. Our office will remain closed the rest of this week as we currently have no power. Hurricane Tip: If your power goes out and you have an uninterruptible power supply (aka battery backup), you can use it to charge your mobile devices. For long term use, keep it off until you need to use it. Some of them even have USB ports specifically for charging mobile devices. Be sure to have all of your charging adapters available just in case.

Hint: You can also use your car to charge your devices if you need to.

We hope that everyone stays safe throughout Hurricane Ian. Please remember to turn off non-essential systems! If you are evacuating be sure to take a copy of your most recent backups with you! We will return to servicing customers when it is safe to do so.
