Cutting yards and maintaining landscape

Responsible for overall cleanliness of apartments to ensure customer satisfaction. Performing a variety of cleaning activities, such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, polishing, cleaning inside appliances, windows, baseboards, etc. Must follow directions. Job must be completed in designated time allowed. Adhere to rules regarding health and safety. Inform owner of any discrepancies, repairs needed, or damage done. Secure property when leaving and making sure all windows and doors are locked.

Requirements:
