Grace Yoga is a new boutique yoga studio in The Barlow, Sebastopol—sister to Ruby Pilates.

Our elegant, uplifting space offers radiant heated and non-heated classes so everyone can practice at their comfort level.

🕉️ Kundalini Yoga with Ananda Sky — Fri 4pm. Chanting, pranayama, kriya & meditation that moves through the chakras to clear energy and restore balance.

💙 Yamuna Body Rolling with Lucibel Nunez — Fri 12pm. Self-care with specially designed balls to release tension, boost flexibility, and create space in the joints.

🌞 All Levels Yoga with Hediyeh Bell — Tue & Thu 6am. A thoughtfully paced blend of strength, mobility, and breathwork — traditional yoga without the heat or rush.

🌿 Iyengar Yoga with Tessa Manning — Wed & Sat 10:30am. Alignment-focused and prop-supported to build strength and ease tension. Great for all levels.

💪 Functional Movement with Alex Cline — Wed 4pm. A full-body class for posture, stability, and strength — leaving you grounded, stronger, and taller.

🤰 Prenatal Yoga with Devorah Blum — Sat 12–1pm. Pregnancy-tailored breath and movement for comfort, strength, and resilience. All trimesters welcome.

🧘‍♀️ Shakti Naam Vitality Boost with Ginger Dawn — Sun 5–6:15pm. Breath, movement, mantra & music to boost energy and joy. All levels — modifications taught.
