I made these this week, but went a little more rustic. Being short on time (it is summer time with a million fun things to do) I used store bought crust. It was ok, (next time, I'll make it from scratch), but in a pinch it worked.
But... the filling was awesome!!
I used blackberries, blueberries and raspberries mixed together. It was a hit for a summer evening dinner party! Also mixed it up and used standard muffin pans and the jumbo size! Added a scoop of vanilla ice cream and the guests were rolling their eyes asking for more!
