Each Eye Candy truffle is handmade with the finest Belgian chocolate, locally-sourced organic cream and butter from Sonoma County, CA.

Eye Candy Truffles was founded in 2011 by Sonoma County ophthalmologist Sonja Schluter. Dr. Schluter’s two passions are ophthalmology and chocolate. She is a practicing ophthalmologist (eye physician and surgeon) and specifically, a glaucoma specialist, but in her life before medicine she attended culinary school in 1992. We are featuring our favorite chocolatiers this year. Many of you know Jill has been undergoing medical care and has unfortunately been able to work in the shop this holiday season. Left with trying to figure out what to do. We decided to feature our most favorite chocolate products in the Bay. Area. We promise you, you will not be disappointed with the items we have selected and are now available in the kiosk. Save a trip to San Francisco or Sacramento and pick up some of their best items in Sebastopol. So many options are available!!

We're pivoting this year and doing a collaboration with Christopher Elbow for truffles. These are the truffles we purchase when we want truffles and don't want to make them. They're beautiful and delicious, and just like Eye Candy, do not contain preservatives. This is what creates such a fresh flavor! We're also featuring our favorite items from 3 additional chocolatiers in the Bay Area. We hope you will find it all as delicious as we do! You can find everything in the kiosk!

It’s a beautiful day! 🐰. Last minute Easter chocolate available in the kiosk. Large eggs filled with chocolate ganache, roasted hazelnuts and caramel. Chocolate ganache bunnies too!
