What is an osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT)?

OMT is a collaborative process where we work together on your healing journey through the palpation of your tissues. I employ a variety of techniques tailored to your body's unique needs, some of which are my personal favorites, including

- Myofascial release
- Lymphatic drainage
- Counterstrain
- Muscle energy
- Craniosacral therapy
- Fascial distortion model
- Trigger point therapy

My treatment is tailored to your body's receptivity. Some individuals are most receptive to direct, confrontational work like trigger point therapy. Others will feel the slightest touch and intention, and this can move into deep places in their body.
