Seeing this property listed for sale is a bittersweet moment for us. We’re sad to see one of our favorite clients leave Sebastopol, but we’re also excited for whoever gets to enjoy this gorgeous West County compound next.

Almost immediately after purchasing the property, our clients learned that it had been red-tagged by the county due to unpermitted outbuildings. They engaged with us to work with the county to legalize everything. We didn’t stop at legalization, though. We collaborated closely with our clients using our design-build process to create a master plan, taking a holistic approach to mindfully turn the property into the serene sanctuary they dreamed of.

We updated the main house interiors, completely renovated the guest house and replaced its foundation, remodeled the gym AKA “Sebastuary,” added solar, a large deck covered by a rustic portico, and a swim spa, among other special features.

We are honored to have had the opportunity to work with these clients and we wish them all the best moving forward. We hope to cross paths again one day!

We have one small office (fits one desk only) and one medium-sized office (fits up to two desks) available now.
