We make wine using a holistic approach, without the use of chemicals or additives, for an unadulterat

Pax and Pam moved to wine country in 1997 to create a lifestyle that involved working with wine. After a few years of tasting and sourcing wine from all over California, Pax finally found a vineyard in which he felt a kismet connection. Alder Springs Vineyard was the site and subsequently led to the launch of the PAX brand in 2000. The Mahles made a bold choice by favoring the “untapped potential"

🚨 Now pouring large formats ‼️

Big celebrations call for BIG bottles - and we’re all about getting into the spirit here at the tasting room! 🥳

Tomorrow, Friday Nov 21st, guests will have the chance to taste the OG, the iconic… 2016 Gamay Noir, Sonoma Coast!💥🍷

This vintage is special for a multitude of reasons, but if you’ve been following us for a while you’ll know that this is one of the wines that started a new era. Our very first vintage of Gamay Noir affirmed & ignited our passion for this variety that has blossomed into the planting of new vineyards and exploration of new terroirs across California.

We’ll be pouring a new selection every Friday & Saturday in the coming weeks. These bottles are VERY limited, so keep a close eye on our stories to make sure you don’t miss out. 👀

Reserve a table or drop in tomorrow to taste this rare library wine & grab a big bottle or two for your holiday festivities! 🥳

The Majik Vineyard pick is always a special one.🩵

The tradition is that right after picking, we drive the crew - fruit and all - out to the Casino Bar & Grill for a burger and some magnums of Champagne & library Majik Syrah before heading back to the winery to finish up the day. 🦶🍇

Happy Majik Day everyone! 🫶
