Friends! We’re looking for a large space where we can party on Sunday, June 14th that won’t be tuned to soccer.

As you may have heard, the next No Kings event is a little different. They are broadcasting a sing along concert from the East Coast in celebration of community.

Stream begins at 4pm PST and show at 4:30. Goes till 6pm.

So maybe we go 3 to 7pm. Any ideas?

This is infuriating. And just so dumb. Comey has been indicted for seashells he found on the beach. For real. The US should set up a commission to apologize to and compensate all the civil servants harassed and fired by Trump over his two terms, including the former ambassador to Ukraine ("she's about to go through some things") and Comey, as pi**ed as many are at him.

While we're at it, we can appoint a special counsel to investigate and invalidate all the corrupt pardons Trump has issued.

This administration attacks anything and anyone standing up for justice.

No Kings Seattle - March 28th.
Rally at Cal Anderson, March to the Seattle Center. 12:00 - 4:00 pm.
Standing up for our immigrant neighbors, and standing up to the fascist, corrupt regime.
We organize before, we organize after. And we show by our numbers that WE WON'T BACK DOWN.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out despite the brutal, brutal conditions in the rain and cold yesterday. Together we celebrated international women’s day, demanding the following:
the publication of the Equal Rights Amendment into the Constitution,
the protection of reproductive freedom and bodily autonomy,
the defense of LGBTQ+ rights,
justice and protection for disproportionately affected communities, including Indigenous women, immigrant women, trans women, and women of color,
an end to inhumane immigration policies
the removal of ICE from our communities,
the protection of voting rights and civil rights,
and lastly, true economic and healthcare justice for all.

This work is not done until true equality for all is achieved - no matter who is in office next.

We also had a memorial for victims and survivors of femicide, domestic violence, sexual violence, police brutality, immigration based violence, and Missing & murdered indigenous women, among other issues.

This our program invited participants to share their stories, empowering us all to speak about what we have been through and know that we are not alone in the fight for a better justice system and society. It was especially touching to spend the day in community with all of our sisters/survivors. So we would like to extend a huge thank you to those who were brave enough to share their stories and stand along side us to demand change.

IT'S HERE! On Sunday, March 8th, Seattle will celebrate International Women’s Day with a rally and march planned by a large coalition, including Defund Musk’s Women’s Group and Evergreen Resistance.

Music, poetry, personal stories from a diverse lineup of amazing women, and a march through the streets of Seattle.
