7 miles! Fastest pace yet! And look at the second picture! That's from 2 weeks into my running journey. So if this ain't progress, then you are blind!

Also, it was my first like legit long run in the and they are definitely amazing. They did get tighter at around mile 5, but I attribute that to the socks I chose to wear (extra cushion), next time I won't.

Progress is progress, and this is just the first step. Getting my fitness right to the point where I will be able to do all that I envision, and take advantage of every second, never be tired!

So I've been running right. The only thing is, I've been running in 10 year old shoes! Don't get me wrong, I still love my old shoes, and I'll keep them in a rotation now, but I needed to get some new ones!

These Pegasus zoom turbo 35 (the name is too long and ive been hella messing it up lol) but they are absolutely 🔥. They are super light, super cute, and my feet love me for them now.

Shout-out to for analyzing my feet and gait analysis and determining my feet are pretty neutral!
