Ok so this is my new favorite mommy blend I have been working on for my early morning work sessions. Nettle for these allergies, fennel for breast milk production, ginger and rose hip for mood and immunity ( notice how those things work together) and a touch of agave for sweetness. Plus some other goodies but those are the ones I wanted to bring up. Lol

Even more than making tea I loooooove making baths. Epson salt,Ginger, tumeric, arnica, bay leaves, and burdock anyone? These aren’t new skills and interest, just new to sharing them publicly. Getting back into practice as I get ready for a spring re-opening and new services.
Do you need to be doing everything that you are doing right this very moment? Could you stop everything for one hour at some point today and just live up on yourself? A bath is not only luxurious, it’s increases blood flow to help with cardiovascular health by displaying your blood vessels. This also activates the parasympathetic nervous system and decreases stress hormones from running rapid in your body. So yeah... even without all the fancy salts and candles, a nice hot bath is just what the doctor ( or your backyard shaman) ordered.
