Welcome home, again.
It was our honor to be a part of this familiy’s multi generation story with this project. The house was passed down to our client who grew up here in the 80’s and 90’s. Via our holistic design build process we reimagine it for longevity and to fit her growing family. She’s thrilled that her kids, who were both born during our process, will play in the same back yard and parks, and attend the same schools she did as a girl. The full circle on this one is extra sweet 🍭

Our light box bathroom was a great way to spread the light well love all around this primary suite 💡🌐🩵🌦️

On the boards this week - The brief is to add two beds and one bath to this groovy little NW contemporary without butchering the vibes. The new daylight basement and updated central stair/light well offers plenty of additional sunshine and space for this growing family to thrive. The OG details like the conversation pit and tear drop fireplace remain undisturbed. ✌️🪵☮️🌱

The yakisugi rain screen detail on our Columbia City project has both the look and function on point. makes a beautiful product rooted in ancient knowledge and longevity. We believe that's what's up. ⁣

For this great room remodel we utilized our 3D modeling to help the homeowners envision lighting options. This level of detail empowers the homeowners to make informed decisions prior to construction.
