Self discovery is the never-ending process that allows us to deepen the connection between who we are and who we want to be. One way to engage in self discovery is by exploring your values. Values are individual beliefs that motivate your actions and determine your prorities. Think about what excites you and what makes you feel fulfilled. Ask yourself how and why these experiences made you feel that way. This is a great way to determine your personal values and recall activiities that align with them.

As June comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to highlight that it is Men's Mental Health month. Societal conditioning and harmful stereotypes can teach men to hide their struggles and not reach out for help as it is often portrayed as weakness. Conversations about mental health tend to be centered around women, it is imperative to acknowledge the unique barriers to care that exist in male populations, especially in q***r men and men of color. Lets encourage men to reach out for support and break the stigma around mens mental health.
