This month’s menu is inspired by Children’s Day in Japan, a celebration of health, strength, and the arrival of early summer.

Alongside subtle seasonal touches in our hassun course, we’re featuring Pacific Northwest ingredients at their peak including Alaskan halibut, king salmon, fiddlehead ferns, and wild nettles.
