Amazing day on Lake Washington with Scott Liska and family and friends. This was my first time on the water to watch the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and it was awesome!

We were right under the sneak passes and felt those engines in our bones as they flew over us. Tough to shoot on a moving platform but a 1/1600 shutter speed is your friend.

Forgot I wasn’t in a Super D and accidentally pulled 6G going vertical for a hammerhead. That got my attention 😂

Cockpit is all business. Zero frills but well thought through and rock solid. The first time I strapped into it was intense. Just you and the plane. No one else. Let’s do this!

Some acro and a little pattern work. A couple of great landings tonight - so satisfying. (One go around too.) it was me and a Super D in the pattern. Fitting :) Thank you to them for letting me get ahead of them in the pattern.
