Good morning to our beloved House of Ruff community. By now, hopefully, you've had a chance to read the letter we sent to you all, but if you haven't seen it yet, we very much regret having to tell you the sad news that we will not be reopening our doors again.
Like so many other businesses, the pandemic hit us really hard, and the ongoing toll has finally become insurmountable, though we tried everything we possibly could to keep going.
Our last few days of being with you, our incredible staff and of course your amazing dogs, were both unbelievably sad and also overwhelmingly filled with love.
It's going to take a minute to absorb all of the kind words and appreciation you have showered upon us, and there will never be words to express our gratitude for all the years of being a part of your world.
We'll be in touch, but for now just wanted to say the most heartfelt thank you to all of our members throughout the years. We love you and will miss you more than we can possibly say. ❤️

We are back! Thanks for your patience and understanding while we were closed. We're all tired of this pandemic, and the loss and suffering it continues to bring, as well as every kind of hardship and inconvenience. But we remain dedicated to doing all we can to keep our communities as safe and healthy as possible, and will continue to do everything we possibly can, for as long as we have to. Looking forward to seeing you and your pups today!
