🥹🥹🥹 it’s so wild how God works through our kids! If you follow me any sort at all, you know my stress levels rocketed (shown on blood tests), my irons so low which explains my energy levels and I was supplementing with ridiculous doses of caffeine, which was giving my adrenals no time to rest..
Anyway!! On 7/12 I stopped drinking caffeine the first two hours of my day. And started moving my body instead… plus doing the rosary in the AM. 💜💜 first couple days were hard because that caffeine detox is legit mannnnn
But after that- my afternoons really had no crash! I’d maintain focus and get energy from lions main + nootropic + gut drink, and just felt really good- still do!
And for the FIRST TIME EVER- I’ve CONSCIOUSLY turned over my day to God when things feel hard (just this last Monday in fact). My son coincidentally, found a padre Pio novena in his rosary pouch my mom had given him, and asked if he could lead us in that in the car on the way to Costco 🥹🥹 I TOTALLY NEEDED IT.
Later he showed me this, that he wrote up all on his own will.
I’m grateful for his strong faith that’s helping mine grow stronger too 🥹🥹
