BREAKING NEWS: Seattle Landmark Preservation Board votes unanimously to nominate Garden House AND its grounds as a Historic Seattle Landmark!

30+ community members showed up, in green, with signs, and shared personal stories of what Garden House means to them. 😍😍😍🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🏡😃😃😃♥️♥️♥️

Unfortunately, it seems that I have been blocked from the page on Instagram as I don’t agree with the attitude of the half truth posts regarding what is really happening with this property. I think that to not allow the truth to get out is Incredibly narrow minded and I would have expected more from The sellers and the buyers and the listing agents all care very much about the preservation of this property and we are thrilled that it has been sold to someone who is Interested in preserving and nurturing this iconic piece of Seattle history. The house will be opened up to the community in New and exciting ways and will be a fixture in Beacon Hill and Seattle.
