So very proud of all the wonderful things Tom Douglas and his team do for our community. And of course very proud to have worked with TD for over 20 years.

At Tip Tip, we are fortunate to call Seattle our home base. And this beautiful city is just full of interesting buildings, most constructed in the last 120 years, that are finished with some fantastic architectural elements... but, you may not notice any of them unless you LOOK UP! So, the next time you're walking down any of our city's streets, take a second and (carefully) crane your neck a little. We think you'll be pleasantly surprised with what you see.
