Pride means celebration. It also means resistance. LGBTQ+ workers are fighting to hold onto healthcare, workplace rights, and the simple dignity of showing up as themselves. Today, K12 members gathered for a steward and leadership training in Southwest Washington. Some of those members have family and friends who work at the Longview paper mill, which just experienced a catastrophic implosion. They showed up anyway. We're glad they did, and we're holding the whole Longview community close right now. 💜
