I had an incredible time speaking at the Tie-One-On Luncheon with The Breakfast Group and . There is something powerful about the moment a young man learns to tie his own tie...it’s more than just a knot. It’s a rite of passage.

Teamwork makes the dream work! A huge shoutout to the students from Milton Hershey School 🍫 and a few members of the MHS Alumni Association coming out to assist at the ! They were able to work together and build another two hoop houses to extend our growing season! Thank you for coming out again and doing great work!

Sometimes, the most important work we do happens off the field. Standing at Lumen Field alongside Warren Moon, Walter Jones, Marcus Trufant, and Iman McFarland wasn't about the game. It was about the heart.

In partnership with and the we sat down with hundreds of youth to share the parts of our stories that don’t usually make the highlights, the childhood trauma, the quiet struggles, and the long road to healing. It’s not easy to be vulnerable, but it’s necessary. We wanted every young person in those seats to know that their past doesn’t define their worth, and their struggles don't silence their potential.

To the youth who joined us - I see you, I hear you, and I am so proud of your courage. Healing is a journey we take together, and as long as we keep talking and supporting one another, the future is incredibly bright. 💚
