The NOOK

An absolute summer crusher, the Karkade Spritz is floral, tart, zingy, and fresh as f*ck. We based the flavors of this pretty little number on Karkade (kar-kha-dy), an Egyptian Hibiscus tea, tipping our hat to Egypt who will be making an appearance here in Seattle for the World Cup.

Come soak up some sun with your pup on our patio and explore our Fifa inspired menu.

Continuing our Around the World menu, we drew inspiration from Germany, the 2014 champions. A twist on a classic margarita, we added dill gherkin juice and dumped a bitter Underberg upside for an herbaceous kick.

The World Cup is coming to Seattle and we are celebrating the many cultures and countries that are coming to our neck of the woods!

Drawing inspiration from Belgium, we created the De Bruyne Brew, a milk clarified punch made with Stroupwaffel (gluten free!) infused bourbon, caramel, Chopin Chocolate, and our local gluten free Stout from !

Spirit forward, malty, lightly sweet, yet smooth from the milk clarification. Enjoy!

Already proving to be a hit for our Dry January drinkers, Running Up That Hill is a refreshing coconut mojito using Kava Haven, a non-alcoholic kava root infused spirit. Kava is a traditional ceremonial root used in many Pacific Islander cultures, and helps to relax and elevate the mood.

The cocktails we have for each box are either our Seasonal Nook-Infused Banana Bread Old Fashioned or our popular Nook Carajillo with house infused tequila!

This year we thought we would offer some Nook house made bitters as well for your gift giving needs!

We have our Nook Grapefruit-Rosemary Bitters or a Mexican Chocolate Bitters infused with cocoa nibs, cayenne, clove, anise, and orange!
