Prepare, plan, and be patient. As months-long lane reductions begin on I-5 this week, we encourage you to:
⏱️ Give yourself plenty of time
🚍 Provide transportation benefits to your employees, like ORCA cards
🚲 Try out a different mode of travel

🚶♀️🚲🚌 Could you go a week without driving? 1 in 3 Americans don’t drive. Some choose not to. Many can’t.
From September 29 to October 5, we’re joining the Week Without Driving to experience what it’s like to rely on walking, rolling, biking, transit, or carpooling every day.
Think you can do it? Give it a try! Don’t worry about doing it perfectly. Instead: notice, learn, adapt, and advocate for streets that work for EVERYONE!
