Well, hi there! This was a fun outdoor project we did in the Graham Hill/Seward Park neighborhood. We got to use a new sustainable, modified decking product called Kebony https://us.kebony.com for the backyard deck. We also built two new permeable driveways for the front entrance. That's a wrap! Final touches in kitchen and living room that are open to each other now. Retro remodels on old Seattle homes just like this are what we are all about, for 20+ years now. This was a transformative project throughout; electrical and plumbing/HVAC service updates and entire interior trims redesigned/updated as well.

Remember that "mosaic drywall" situation up in the attic where we started on this project? Well, the baby arrived and this is his new cozy spot with his family. Light and bright, insulated and safe. Great nursery ensuite!

This "Theirs" bathroom is a total transformation; custom vanity and tile design throughout, including the bath surround. We rarely do "before and afters," because they feel corny, but this one deserves it. The clients wanted to keep that original window as part of the design, and it was a good call. Really proud of this one.

This bay turned out so well. It will be a cozy gathering place for family meals, or just gazing out the windows. Simple and it fits right in with the house and the neighborhood.

Tile is up, tile is down. We are really liking this transition between the new oak floor and the new tile floor in the laundry area. Still working on the bath, and it's looking good. And hey! Our clients built this little step out the backdoor. Not bad!

Outside, inside. Bay window and the built-in area is coming along. We're building a custom bench + cabinet built-in to fill the void.

Oak flooring is in, and cabinets have arrived. Laying heated flooring in bath and laundry area as well. We often work with clients that choose to live-in during their remodel, for whatever reason. We always keep it clean and livable, because we're sharing the space, too.

We're getting started and excited to put in a bay window + interior built-in bench and cabinetry right here in beautiful Rainier Valley. Stay tuned and stay safe!

We're all set for rough-in plumbing/electrical and passed our inspections. We're taking a short break for new flooring subcontractor to do their thing. Take care everyone!
