Every morning when I wake up, I get a positive quote on my phone. Yesterday’s was “We may have many defeats, but we must not be defeated.” It started out as a disappointing day. I finally booked my first client, but he ended up canceling on me last minute. Instead of being down, I wanted to focus my energy on something positive. I decided to go to the gym and put in a second workout instead. Both of my workouts ended up being great and I felt so accomplished afterwards. Never be defeated.
