No More Under is offering free, 5-day swim & water safety lessons for kids ages 5–18 at three Seattle locations. 🏊‍♀️

These programs are designed for families who face financial, cultural, or systemic barriers to traditional swim programs — because every child deserves to be safe in the water.

This , our funder King County DCHS is shining a light on what it means to truly invest in senior wellness 💙 Their latest blog highlights how the Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy is funding programs like Bingocize, Matter of Balance, and PEARLS — helping older adults across King County stay active, healthy, and connected.

Last year alone, over 1,800 seniors participated, and 90% reported improvements to their health and wellbeing.

Since 1906, Neighborhood House has grown and changed right alongside this community. New programs, new faces, new challenges. We've adapted because the families we serve needed us to.

Someday, we hope organizations like ours aren't necessary. Until then, we'll be here.
