Prepare Your Plumbing for Freezing Temperatures,
As the freezing temps arrive, we want to ensure the well-being of your plumbing system. Please take a moment to remove hoses from outdoor faucets and shut off any isolation valves to hose bibs you may have to prevent freezing and potential damage. This simple step can safeguard your pipes and help you avoid costly repairs.
If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,

Q. Where would I find my water mains valve?
A. Water mains are generally positioned in a plastic casing box within the front lawn OR running close to an external wall of the house.
Every home owner should be able to locate their water mains in the event of an emergency. This means being able to turn off the water to your home immediately. Acting fast could minimise the amount of damage caused to your property in the unfortunate event of a burst pipe.
