Built to last. Designed to match your home.

This custom single in-swing driveway gate combines the warmth of clear cedar with the strength of a fully welded steel frame. We fabricate every gate to your exact dimensions using 2” steel tubing, then powder coat the frame black for long-term weather protection and a clean, modern finish. Finally, we install pre-stained clear cedar boards for maximum privacy and a timeless look.

The result is a gate that’s light enough to operate by hand, yet heavy-duty enough to provide security and stand up to years of daily use.

Every gate we build is custom fabricated—whether you’re looking for a manual entry gate or a fully automated driveway gate.

For this Mercer Island project, we replaced the existing fence with a beautiful cedar privacy fence that creates a clean backdrop for the landscaping while adding the privacy and security the homeowners were looking for. We also installed a custom double swing gate to provide convenient access to the backyard without sacrificing curb appeal.

Whether you’re replacing an aging fence or planning a complete backyard refresh, we’re here to help you design the right solution for your property.

This family had just purchased their Seattle home and wanted a safe, private backyard for their kids and dog.

Phase one included a full landscape cleanout, 166 feet of cedar privacy fencing, two pedestrian gates, and extra horizontal lattice along the alley for added privacy.

Working on Seattle hillsides is never easy, but our team is used to the challenge. Every post, bag of concrete, and fence board had to be carried by hand up the slope.

In less than a week, the backyard was cleaned out, enclosed, and ready to enjoy—with patio, retaining walls, garden beds, and a stepped pathway planned for the next phase.

Not every fence project needs a complete tear-out.

For this home, the goal was to improve privacy along the side yard while creating a welcoming look in the front. We installed a 6-foot cedar privacy fence with tight boards along the side yard and a 4-foot decorative cedar fence in the front using 5/8-inch spacing to keep the yard feeling open and inviting.

One of the best decisions? We kept the existing trellis and rebuilt the gate to match. Sometimes the smartest investment is working with what’s already there rather than replacing perfectly good structures.

Every property is different, and we’ll help you weigh the costs and benefits of repairing, rebuilding, or preserving existing features so you get the best value for your investment.

Thinking about a new fence? We’d love to help you come up with the best plan for your yard.

Some backyards need more than just a fence—they need a plan.

For this project, we started with a custom cedar privacy fence designed to work with the property’s changing grade. In select areas, we added our custom horizontal lattice above the fence to provide extra privacy while keeping the design clean, modern, and open.

This fence is just Phase 1 of a larger backyard transformation. Over the coming phases, we’ll be adding retaining walls, a new patio, a remodeled deck, and custom garden beds to create a cohesive outdoor living space.

As a licensed general contractor, we love helping homeowners develop a long-term vision for their property. Whether your project starts with a fence or a complete backyard renovation, we’ll help you determine the best game plan for your yard.

Thanks to our amazing clients for trusting us with the first step of their outdoor transformation!

Every property has its own challenges, and this one was no exception.

The neighboring yards had a significant change in elevation, so we installed a pressure-treated timber retaining wall to hold back the soil and provide a solid foundation for a beautiful clear cedar privacy fence. We also carefully worked around the existing trees to preserve the landscape while achieving a clean, finished look.

Throughout the project, we stayed in close communication with the homeowners, making sure they were happy with every decision along the way. We believe the best projects come from great craftsmanship paired with great communication.

If your property has elevation changes, existing trees, or other unique challenges, we’d love to help design a fence that’s built specifically for your yard.

Every yard is different—and that’s exactly why every fence should be, too.

This hillside project gave these neighbors the privacy they were looking for while matching each homeowner’s preferred style. One section features our modern horizontal cedar design, while the other showcases our Standard Plus style with a continuous top cap for a timeless look.

Behind the scenes, we installed jumbo pressure-treated posts to provide the strength needed for Seattle’s sloped terrain. A fence is only as good as what’s holding it up.

Whether your property is flat, steep, or somewhere in between, we’ll design a fence that’s built to last and looks great for years to come.

Thinking about a new fence? We’d love to help.

If you’ve ever wondered what the A side and B side of a fence mean—or why one side has rails showing and the other doesn’t—this one’s for you.

Privacy where you want it. Beautiful from every angle.

This custom clear cedar privacy screen doubles as a deck railing, giving these homeowners a secluded outdoor space without sacrificing style. Because it’s finished on both sides, it looks just as good from the deck as it does from the yard below.

Every home is different, and sometimes the best solution isn’t off the shelf—it’s custom built to fit your space.

Thinking about upgrading your deck or adding more privacy? We’d love to help.

HOA-approved doesn’t have to mean ordinary.

This Kirkland condo community needed a fence replacement that met the HOA’s design requirements—but that didn’t mean sacrificing quality or craftsmanship.

We replaced the old, weathered fence with a new cedar privacy fence featuring a continuous top cap, alternating board widths, and an HOA-approved paint finish that we’ll complete as part of the project.

If you live in an HOA, don’t assume your options are limited. We’re happy to work with your community’s requirements while building a fence you’ll be proud to come home to.
