As coaches of Sound Training and Racing, we want to ensure that each workout you receive is developed with sound principles in mind. Everyone is unique - we all have different strengths, different weaknesses, different schedules, different motivations, and different goals - we're committed to giving our clients personal attention so that you get the most benefit from your training. We're also committed to building a community atmosphere - just because our clients have personalized plans, doesn't mean they have to train alone! We host many group workouts and special events so that we can all feed off each other's energy, excitement, and successes!
