Hello! Please share! We have a large workstation available for rent in our office! $425 per month.

Workstation would be yours 24x7 with access to the common areas and conference room as needed. It’s a great working environment for any creative professional or independent worker who wants to get out of the house.

The space is modern, with lots of natural light and high ceilings. Located in Lower Queen Anne.

Lease is month to month, but most people who rent from us end up staying many years!

Please text 206-914-5241 if you are interested!

Wow! We have been a little quiet on this account lately. We log back in and realize THE had posted a photo of our Moroccan bathroom design a few weeks ago. Thank you so much!

The story behind each material that goes into your space is often untold, yet very interesting ❤️

Hello friends of Lindsey Runyon Design. We have a workstation in our office available to rent starting August 1! This is a great space for a creative, independent worker who wants a space of their own outside of home and coffee shops.

It is a light and airy, modern space in Lower Queen Anne, walking distance to Seattle Center, Belltown, and the water. We have AC! 🙂 $425 per month. 24/7 access and non-shared semi-private LARGE workstation where you can keep your stuff. Will have access to using our shared conference room, and of course restroom, kitchenette, etc.

Please contact Lindsey at [email protected] if you or someone you know is interested.

Thank you!
