PNA Tool Library

For over 37 years, the PNA Tool Library has shared tools, referrals, advice, and workshops with all of our neighbors throughout North Seattle.

The Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) is one of Seattle’s best known community organizations and has become a model across the nation for building community. It was founded in 1980 by Phinney neighbors and now serves over 2,500 household members as well as the general public in and around Seattle. The PNA provides year-round programs, events, and classes.
