We're RAM Cellars, and we're a micro w**ery based in Portland, Oregon. We hand craft small lots of premium w**es in Portland, to share with you and yours. We believe in minimal inputs and in allowing the grapes to showcase their varietal characteristics and tell the tale of the season in which they are grown. We source our fruit premier vineyards in Washington and Oregon, bringing the fruit back to Southeast Portland to make the magic happen! It is our absolute pleasure and honor to share our w**es with you!

Friends, as Pride season draws to a close, Iām here to remind you that your favorite q***r-made w**eries need and deserve your support year round.
Our w**es are often hot commodities for events and partnerships in June, and while we love the extra support, it means the world to us to see strong support from July through May as well.

SEATTLE FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS! šŖš„
Join us for an incredible collaborative food and w**e pop-up at in Seattleās Capitol Hill featuring five RAM Cellars w**es, thanks to **eco, alongside tacos by .gringos on Monday, May 11th, from 4 - 7 pm!
AND - in a move that makes my big, dorky heart so, so happy, weāve dubbed this gathering āThe Cloak & Stagger Tavernā and gone all in on a D&D theme for our event name and menu format! Unlike a traditional w**e dinner, this gathering requires no advance reservations!
Tacos Gringos will have Ć la carte format street-style tacos for $3.50 each, with green chorizo, Goat, Lengua (tongue), and Peas and Carrots as taco options, and a delicious watermelon salad with jicama, mint, chili powder, and lime available as well!
As for w**es, weāve curated a special lineup of perfect pairs with tacos, including RAM Cellars GrĆ¼ner Veltliner, Dry Riesling, Orange FraĆ®che, Cabernet Franc, and Sparkle Pony Red. Each of these w**es will be available by the glass and bottle!
And while itās not required to be a big ole dork like me, of course, Iād love to chat with you about your favorite DnD character class, favorite TRRPG, or favorite dinosaur, for that matter. When I am not moonlighting as a w**e sorceress, I tend to lean towards bard or paladin class characters, centering social skills and healing as my preferred character archetypes!
I love connecting authentically with folks over food and w**e, and this collaboration with my friends at Radio City W**e and Tacos Gringos made possible by the wonderful folks at Carrello, is a dream come true for me.āØ
I canāt wait to share w**e, tacos, laughs, and good times with you on Monday, May 11th, from 4-7 pm at our Cloak & Stagger Tavern pop-up at Carrello Seattle, located at 622 Broadway E on Seattleās Capitol Hill.

As we turn the corner into May - and Oregon W**e Month - we always take the time to reflect on the handful of our w**es that we produce with Oregon-grown w**e grapes.
While many of our w**es over the years have been vinified from Oregon grapes, two of our core w**es over the years have always been crafted with Oregon grapes:
š·Our Pinot Noir - which we have crafted with fruit sourced from three different Willamette Valley sites and one site on the Oregon side of the Columbia Gorge.
š„ Our GrĆ¼ner Veltliner - made with grapes from a cooler climate site nested along the Willamette River.
Both w**es have been beautiful reflections of each varietalsā expression in cooler climate Oregon sites. Over the years, we have crafted versions of our Tempranillo, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Gris-based w**es with Oregon fruit as well.
āØ As for our current offerings of Pinot Noir and GrĆ¼ner Veltliner: each is a delightful time capsule and love letter to the 2024 vintage!
Our 2024 GrĆ¼ner Veltliner is a light, easy- drinking, moderate ABV āPorch Pounderā white. Softer and lemon-lime citrus forward, itās one of our favorite spring/summer white w**es that we make.
And our 2024 Pinot Noir, crafted with 100% Pommard clone, Chehalem Mountains fruit from our friends at Bells Up Estate Vineyard, is a richer, riper take on our classic lighter-bodied Pinot Noir style that has ample structure and savory notes balanced with cherry cola, blueberry, and raspberry fruit notes in the glass!
It doesnāt just stop at where we harvest our grapes! RAM Cellars has always been a Portland urban w**ery, crafting w**e in different corners of Portland. No matter where the grapes are grown, all of RAM Cellarsā w**es are part of the Oregon w**e story.
