Beyond Networking
YP Impact is the 501(c)3 charitable organization of YPGroup Communities, formed in response to young professionals (professionals young at heart) wanting to make a difference in their community.
We believe in strength through collaboration and, together, plan to increase the impact young professionals can have on the cities they live, work and play in.
YP Impact empowers connection, inspires change and creates impact through quarterly campaigns focused on different social issues and featuring reputable nonprofits. We offer a different kind of professional networking, building community among like-minded young professionals and the issues that are most important to them.
Each quarter we focus on a different issue and spotlight a nonprofit working to address that issue. Each quarter is further broken down by raising awareness (Spotlight), volunteering (Step Up) and fundraising (FUNraiser) for the selected nonprofit. We have found this format encourages continued civic engagement with the nonprofits.
