Started from the bottom now we're here, by Paul Constant 10/28/2015

Last Thursday was, in the words of The Seattle Review of Books, "pretty fu***ng great." It was possible because of the hard work of the Lit Crawl advisory board, the heroics of every venue hosting an event, every volunteer making sure things ran smoothly, everyone who came to our fundraiser, everyone who co-organized an event, every sponsor of this literary organization, all 80-some readers, AND in large part to the hard work of the three previous years of Lit Crawl without which Lit Crawl 2015 would not have had the support we saw last week from the Seattle literary community. We are appreciative and humbled even as we swagger.

Started from the bottom now we're here, by Paul Constant It was one of those moments that felt good and pure and sturdy, a well-earned celebration of something that we all built together, a moment to stop complaining and quit worrying and just appreciate what we have.

The Lit Crawl Seattle Team would like to say THANK YOU! October 22 was an inspiring evening thanks to our readers, volunteers, sponsors, and to each and every one of you who came out to crawl with us. It was the largest crawl yet and we're looking for feedback! Take our survey, tell us about yourselves and about what we can do differently/better. We appreciate it! https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZJXHTLB

Tessa Hulls has worked with Lit Crawl authors to illustrate the talismans, tchotchkes, and other weird quirks we have that help us write.
