With Lari Basilio – I'm actually about 2 hours away from seeing her play live at Jazz Alley, I'm pretty goddamn excited

Just finished building a new design, this is the first in the Box prototype, just dry fitting it right now so I can design a drill jig.. haven't fired it up yet. I wonder if it's going to work. It should work :-)

Designing a 3D sub for the central part of a standard WAH enclosure, so I can model holes for switches pot shafts, etc., and then I can 3D print a sleeve that self-registers, with drill bushings for easy, repeatable enclosure modification.

There's still a few tweaks I am working on, but the topology is set, and it's time to start laying out the final PCB.

Just for fun, here's a little mod for your Barracuda (older versions may have these parts in different places, or different designation).

1. Remove R1
2. connect VSTAB to the common lug on a SPDT toggle switch
3. one side of the switch -> 820 ohm res ->Q1c (standard)
4. other side of the switch -> 1.5K ohm res ->Q1c

This adjusts the delay time, giving it a deeper swirly sound and greater pitch bend. It's fun :D

Fun fact, you can wash most Electronics... as long as there's no electricity being run through them, most electronic components and even PCB assemblies can be washed. This is an ultrasonic cleaner, with water and cleaning solution, this is how we get rid of excess solder flux... and to be perfectly honest, that's not usually an issue.. but I did something stupid lol so I've got a few boards to clean.

You can see the before and after images below.
