Working on our latest project converting one large units on separate floors into two units in Hamlin Shore Condominium on Lake Union. Additional LM Fairview is remodeling the exterior of the building including painting, new handrails and lighting.

Unit 215 finished! A little staging to add but otherwise ready for market! We are very please with the results. 214 getting close it's almost time for the next project.

It's time to bring in the big guns and get this job finished!

Progress! 215 plumbing and electrical complete and all drywall work finished...now the flooring, cabinets and tile. 214 plumbing finished and electrical almost complete then the drywall. Hoping to be on the market by the end of August...first of September.

Beautiful weekend on Lake Union. Our corner unit should be on the market by the first of August. Electrical and plumbing completed now the spaces start taking shape.
