From the timeless exterior paint selection to the thoughtfully chosen kitchen countertops, backsplash tile, and spa-inspired bathroom finishes, every detail was selected to create a space that feels both elevated and welcoming.

One of our favorite parts of the building process is seeing each homeowner’s vision come to life through these personalized design choices.

HB1345, which just passed last month, eliminates the 5 acre requirement for DADU's outside of urban growth areas (rural zones) and reduces the requirement to 1 acre. This bill will go into effect on June 11, 2026.

This is fantastic news to many whose projects were previously thought to be infeasible due to this requirement.

New 2025 rules in Seattle allow subdividing your lot to make a DADU its own independent property, complete with separate title and financing. The process involves surveys, permits, and upgrades (like utilities), but it lets you cash out the ADU while keeping the main house. This is perfect for debt payoff or family transfers.
