Metro Auto Rebuild in Seattle, WA is looking to add a front desk receptionist to the team. We are a busy collision repair facility offering a relaxed and fun work environment plus great benefits.

Responsibilities:

Answer multi line phone
Greet customers
Schedule appointments
Call customers with status updates
Collect payments
Monitor office supplies to be ordered
Assist coworkers with various tasks
Work closely with others

Qualifications:

Strong written and spoken English (bilingual is a plus)
Excellent customer service is a must
Empathetic
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Multi task and follow through with tasks
Be very well organized with an exceptional memory
Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills
Project a professional demeanor both in person and over the phone
Problem solving ability
Ability to operate all office equipment
Be computer literate
Must be an outgoing team player
Can commit to at least one year with the company
Most importantly -- MUST be reliable and on time!

Work hours are set as follows:
7:45 -- 5:00 Monday -- Thursday
7:45 -- 5:30 Friday
