Pressed uniforms. Polished silver. Perfect revenge.

On April 4th, Murder! By Pasties at the Historic Theatre pulls back the curtain on the Foxglove Theater’s most overlooked employee…

Meet Hotsy Flashy, the ever-present maid who has laced Maxine Midnight into corsets, steamed her feathers, and fastened her jewels for years without so much as a wrinkle in her composure. Dutiful. Discreet. Invisible.

But perhaps Hotsy wasn’t always meant to be backstage.

Whispers suggest she was once an aspiring performer herself…until Maxine secured the spotlight that might have been hers. Since then, Hotsy has scrubbed the stage she longed to command, pressing and polishing the very burlesque finery she dreamed of wearing.

Now, with Maxine out of the picture, the maid may finally untie her apron strings. And when she tears off that dowdy dress to reveal the glittering splendor she’s been tending all these years? It won’t just be a debut.

It will be a reckoning.

At the Foxglove, even the help has motives, and this maid has been rehearsing her moment in the shadows.

Will you solve the murder of Maxine Midnight?

The pasties are polished, and the claws are OUT.

Once the demure little stage kitten of the Mourning Bloom Society, Madame Taran Tula has since spun herself into a glittering web of national fame as the touring headliner of Minsky's Garden of Eden R***e. But before the standing ovations… before the rhinestoned tour bus… There was a rivalry.

Rumour has it that a certain costume “malfunction” befell her former bestie, Maxine Midnight—just days before a make-or-break audition for the national touring production of All About Eve. Taran landed the role. Stardom followed. And Maxine? Well… forgiveness has never been her strong suit.

Now, as Madame Taran Tula slinks back through town on her triumphant tour, she simply *had* to pop into the Foxglove Theater to visit her “old, old friend.”

At Murder! By Pasties at Studio Bob, expect high glamour, higher grudges, and improvised stripteases sharpened to a stiletto point. Because in burlesque, darling… revenge is always best served sparkling. All on Saturday, March 21st, when an old friend comes to visit.
