Yeah, I guess you can say I’m in a “mood.”

My entire extended family is voting for Trump. As far as I know I’m the only one voting Kamala. I feel so estranged and yet the only family of mine who consistently exude love and respect are the Republicans. It’s nuts. I know from my own experience with Democrats, as I am one myself, we have allowed our descent into factions of self-absorbed, haughty, judgmental, inflexible, and unreliable stewards of social preservation and progress. We have become insufferable to great extent and lose our audience before three can gather. Hence these words are disintegrating as I type them.

As I write this I’m thinking my own fascination with syllables is probably an early sign of sociopathy, because I can’t square how two realities of two parties can be so disparate from each other as each vote with our final thoughts being identical:

“I can’t believe how anyone in their right mind can vote for the other candidate. Of course, my candidate is the best and obvious choice for an America that embraces democracy, values human life, and trusts in its citizens to make the right choice.”

Too bad we can’t infuse gaslighting with the smell of sulfur.

“Because what smells like poo, is poo, and doesn’t belong on your dinner plate.”

It seems to me that nations around the globe should inoculate themselves with “American Election 2024, ‘protecting against infection from all strains of American policy and thinking since the 1950’s.’”

…invariably the anti-vaxxers…

With the rain and the cold, I’m having a difficult time motivating today.

Laying on the sofa looking at the new refer I bought, now standing sentinel over my procrastination to swap it in the kitchen.

And then it hits me why I like it so much.

I’ve seen it before…

Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (Regulation X); Digital Mortgage Comparison-Shopping Platforms and Related Payments to Operators | Consumer Financial Protection Bureau 02/07/2023

Stay away from using on-line mortgage comparison platforms that intend to connect you to one of several lenders. It's a better practice to shop lenders you know and those referred to you by family, friends, colleagues, and your real estate professional.

ARE SELLERS REDUCING THEIR LISTING PRICES in King County?

AN OVERWHELMING YES, according to my research today on the NWMLS:

In the last seven days, 455 homes actively listed on the NWMLS in King County reduced their list prices, representing more than $40M in total price reductions for these homes since their original list date.*

Translation for buyers: increased negotiating power, increased contingency protections, more seller cooperation, a return of negotiating seller contributions to buyers' closing costs, and YES, even-

-an opportunity for you to SECURE a third-party contribution toward your interest rate buy-down.

All of this was virtually unheard of three months ago.
