Tender leaves, old walls, cold martinis. Everything tastes greener this time of year.

We rearrange our tables nightly — with great care and more effort than anyone realizes — so every reservation feels like it belongs exactly where it is. And while the weather seems committed to keeping everyone guessing lately, we’re happy to welcome you exactly as you are. Dressed up, layered down, caught in the rain… there’s always a comfortable place waiting for you here. 🔆🌱

On Sunday, November 20th we are excited to have the dynamic duo behind Drifters Fish, Nelly and Michael Hand here to chat with you about their community supported fishery and the sustainable practices they employ to bring us wild alaskan salmon from sea to table. Over the past several years we have greatly cherished the few months a year we get to cook this extremely remarkable fish from the Copper River watershed. In addition to being wildly delicious, this fish is harvested thoughtfully and carefully by an environmentally-conscious fishing technique called gillnetting.

The evening will include a 4-course dinner featuring this summer's Copper River sockeye as well as wine pairings. We'd love it if you could join us!

We all had the best time preparing alllllll the vegetables for our “Family” Vegetarian Dinner last night. We celebrated the release of “Family:The Source Family Scrapbook”. We are so honored to be a part of this book tour and even more proud of our dear friend Charlie Kitchings for all of his dedication, creativity and inspiration behind his collaboration on this fascinating treasure. We all have friends that we consider family and Charlie is at the top of that list. Cherish you dear one! Thanks for including us 🧡💛❤️💜

Last night we were lucky enough to participate in a lovely gathering at our friend’s winery in the stunningly beautiful Columbia River gorge. The wind swept hills of Lyle, WA happen to be a special pocket of land that produces some of Washington’s most delicious and unique wines. It was our honor and privilege to join forces with and for an evening celebrating these authentic and expressive wines. Thanks to all that we’re able to join and infinity thank yous to Luke, Meg, Poppy & James for being such gracious and kind hosts. Can’t wait to do it again!
🧡💜💛💚💙❤️

Couldn’t possibly be more pleased with the wildly fun and delicious dinner we created last night! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us on this delightful journey through our minds, hands, ingredients and senses to Morocco. Thanks to for being the inspiration behind this idea and including us in this collaboration that is Les Nomades. An additional cumulus cloud of gratitude to for quickly mastering his grill top gridding of the most delicious batbout flatbreads and of course his already exquisite table bread specially spiked with ras el hanout. And last but not least our amazing staff! THANK YOU!!!! You’re never not game for these extra special events and we’re forever grateful for your flexibility, grace, encouragement and support. Cherish and love pals! 💖

We’re firing up the oven for the saffron, ginger, green coriander and turmeric braised lamb shoulder that we’ll be serving tomorrow for our Moroccan Sunday Supper with and . Ben came by yesterday to play around on the grill with some flatbread possibilities that were wildly delicious snacks but will ultimately be different come tomorrow (think Ben’s exceptional table bread spiked with ras al hanout and a traditional gridded Moroccan flatbread to slather up our yogurt and tahini and all sorts of other delectable morsels…) A few spots opened up last minute for tomorrow’s dinner so head to our website to make a reservation! 💚

Alan with some surprise garlic from the garden (soon to be green garlic broth for the most perfect of porcini to float in)… and today’s rooftop harvest.

What an extraordinary evening to have been a part of. Amongst the peonies, rain and all that is this magnificent land cultivated and cared for by and . We’re so grateful to have been able to spend the afternoon and evening sharing what we love to do with all that joined us. 💞
