Peter from Pizza Quest was making his dough for his signature Bruery Beer Dough recipe and a light went off in head. Instead of adding his usual regular salt, he substituted it with Sriracha salt. It was noticeable at first bite, but then the flavor kicked in. Try adding variations to your dough it can't hurt and you know what you might like it.

Travis of "Worst Pizza" blog made his way to Ottawa Canada and found himself at "Tennessy Willems Wood Oven Pizza." He ordered a Margherita pizza and within minutes it was sitting in front of me. Upon first bite the sauce is very good but there is not enough of it covering the pie. Crispy crust just a bit soggy in the center. But overall, a good pizza pie and Travis says he would go back.
