Ever wonder how small businesses keep everything organized? Scheduling is a big part, so we use Homebase. It lets us organize our week to week effortlessly, to make sure everyone can get all the noodles they want.

Running a restaurant requires a lot of moving parts and systems. It's difficult to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. That's why we use homebase. It's intuitive scheduling helps us ok making sure everyone is where they're supposed to be when they're supposed to be. From advanced predictive scheduling, letting me know if there's a gap in coverage, to making time off requests easy, homebase makes it easy to keep everything organized and clean.

Finally start getting feel like Summer in Seattle. That’s mean Summer menu is start unveiling now. Sweet corn and anago kakisge is one of our favorite now. Tomato kimchi village soba is starting this Tuesday. By the way we closed on 7/4.
This year is 1/2 over already. Life is short, enjoy the good foods.

If you never had copper river salmon milt. You are missing out. Never been frozen, fresh from we soaked in salted water then lightly pouched, serve cold with ponzu with spicy grated daikon. Texture is amazing. One of our team said better version of mozzarella cheese.

King salmon milt marinated and lightly poached and sautéed with veal mabo mixture, sh*take and sichuan spice, and drizzle of house made umami chili oil. 😋😋😋😋😋😋
