I started baking cookies when I was 7 years old. That’s 50 years ago! I have years of experience concerning these matters.

✨Did you save the PISTACHIO CHEESECAKE recipe from my last post?
I had some extra batter that I did not want to go to waste so I made these!
I poured the extra into cupcake tins and baked for 30 minutes.
Dipped in melted chocolate chips and topped with fresh strawberries and Voilà!
So cute and extremely delicious!❤️

I think just the white chips are enough, but they wanted chocolate chips in them too. A little too much for my taste, but it’s not about me is it? 😏
