Morningside Academy: elementary & middle school students meet and exceed academic grade level skills! Dr. Kent Johnson founded Morningside in Seattle in 1980.

Morningside has two programs: a non-profit school for children and youth, and a teachers' academy. Morningside Academy's school helps both elementary and middle school students to catch up and get ahead. We love celebrating student success! Noah made outstanding gains in math facts last year, advancing from below grade level to above grade level in just one year at Morningside.

Last year as a 4th grader, Hazel started the year behind in reading comprehension but ended the year above grade level! At Morningside, we don't just get students caught up, we get them ahead. We're eager to see this year's assessment results!
