Just search your first and last name, and you’ll be able to view important details like your credential number, current status, and when your annual 12 hours of continuing education are due for renewal.

Wondering how long it takes to get your assignment graded? All of your skills videos are reviewed and graded by a real human grading team. We've got over 1,000 students actively submitting videos, so we do our best to keep things moving quickly.

This means we're typically able to grade videos within 24 hours of submission. If it’s been more than 2 days and you still don’t see feedback, just reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll take a look for you.

Grading hours are:
Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm
Saturday-Sunday: 9am-6pm
(excluding holidays)
